Partner and Technology Practice Leader Mike Rhodes provided his insights in a Finance Magnates article, "The Beginning of the End of Cash? 2020 in Fintech Trends."

Mike spoke about this year's important fintech trend having to do with human connection.

“AI chatbots did not achieve the adoption rates that were originally expected as we entered 2020,” he said.

Although AI could become more popular in the future, based on the adoption rate in 2020, we could see a shift toward human touch in the fintech world going into 2021.
