Andrew P. Ross is a partner and has been engaged by numerous law firms to provide litigation and forensic accounting/business valuation services. He manages complex business valuation assignments for gift and estate taxes. Andrew has been retained by attorneys, businesses, insurance companies, and individuals to perform services as an expert witness and consultant in complex litigation settings on behalf of clients involved in stakeholder disputes, damage calculations, fraud investigations, matrimonial dissolutions, business valuations and other litigation related matters. He has represented clients at the federal and state levels, as well as in arbitration cases. Andrew also provides accounting and tax services to his clients in a wide array of services and industries.
Previously, Andrew was the co-partner-in-charge of the Business Valuation and Litigation Services Group at Gettry Marcus, CPA, P.C. which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2023.

Andrew has presented to a variety of groups including attorneys and professional networking groups, on topics such as “Understanding the Business Valuation Process for Attorneys,” “Business Valuation & Forensic Accounting Bootcamp for the Practicing Attorney,” “Using Forensic Accountants in Litigation” and “Analytical Procedures in Audits and Reviews.” He has also authored articles on the topic of forensic accounting and fraud prevention. In addition, Andrew was a contributor to the book “Financial Forensics Body of Knowledge”, a comprehensive guide to financial forensics and forensic accounting.
