Grant Zinn is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s Risk Advisory and Compliance Practice, bringing extensive experience in digital reporting and transformation. He specializes in advising finance and IT functions, with a focus on leveraging technology to streamline and automate reporting processes.

Grant has supported clients in implementing and optimizing Workiva solutions to streamline their SEC, statutory, and ESG reporting. His approach combines deep technical knowledge with a practical understanding of the reporting process, allowing him to serve as both a technology specialist and business integrator. By aligning technology with operational needs, he helps clients create more automated, scalable, and resilient reporting environments.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Grant held several leadership roles at a Big Four accounting firm, where he led the development of innovative audit technologies and helped modernize assurance services. He began his career managing external audits for public and private clients.
