Jeff is a managing director at Citrin Cooperman and is based out of the firm’s Owings Mills, MD office. He brings unique and extensive experience working with companies ranging from small privately held companies to large public companies. Jeff specializes in providing value enhancement for his clients through strategic and operational advice tailored to their specialized needs. Jeff’s entrepreneurial approach delivers beneficial results, supporting his clients during all phases of their business lifecycle, leveraging industry-leading practices and relevant practical experience. Working seamlessly alongside his fellow industry-leading colleagues, Jeff ensures the appropriate mix of professionals is aligned to provide an efficient, impactful, and effective approach to clients.

Jeff is a results-driven leader with strong process enhancement and project management experience and is a dedicated, detail-oriented team member. Leveraging his “Big Four” and regional firm experience, Jeff has the desire and capacity to deliver high-value, impactful results, achieved through identifying tactical objectives while maintaining stakeholder involvement to meet the organization’s strategic, operational, and compliance objectives.

Jeff has expertise in supporting his clients through business and finance transformation, organizational change management, audit readiness and support, process design and enhancement, internal controls, transaction readiness, and integration support. Previously, Jeff was a principal in the Accounting and Finance Practice at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024.
