Lee Ferber has worked collaboratively with business owners and their management teams for over 35 years to develop and implement strategic initiatives that have led to increased growth, profitability, and greater value for their businesses.

Lee has been a valued advisor to business owners in evaluating and executing strategic acquisitions and divestitures; advising them in both sell-side and buy-side transactions. With a focus on the financial and tax implications associated with transactions, his extensive experience allows Lee to assist clients with developing and executing overall M&A strategies targeted to achieve strategic outcomes and accelerate growth and market penetration.

Lee also provides accounting, tax, audit, and consulting services to clients in the healthcare industry. He has worked with providers throughout the healthcare continuum, including healthcare group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic and treatment facilities, urgent care centers, single and multi-specialty “super-groups”, hospitals, and other ancillary service providers. He regularly works with providers across the healthcare spectrum advising on mergers and acquisitions, group consolidations, physician-hospital arrangements, and physician compensation and revenue-sharing matters.

Previously, Lee was the partner-in-charge of the M&A Transaction Advisory Services and Healthcare Consulting Practice Groups at Gettry Marcus, CPA, P.C., which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2023.
