Lester has advised clients on a wide range of tax issues, including compliance; estate and trust planning; transfer taxes; foreign tax issues; partnership structuring, operations, and terminations; controversy work; tax provisions; mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence. He also works with high-net-worth clients and family offices. In addition, he is also involved in several specialty areas that include investment partnerships; accounting and administration for estates and trusts; aircraft acquisition and tax reporting requirements; charitable giving, and exempt organizations.
