Mariana Toro is a director with a passion for being highly responsive and a drive to deliver accountable and thorough answers on high quality work. She focuses on offering accounting, consulting, and business support services to diverse clients. She provides outsourced accounting and CFO services for a wide range of privately held companies, including management companies, family offices, professional services, and family partnerships.

Previously, Mariana was a senior assurance manager at Untracht Early, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022. In her tenure at Untracht Early, Mariana was involved in onboarding training as well as ongoing training for other professionals at the firm which included educating staff on the effective use of QuickBooks Online. She helps develop best practices, policies, and procedures around monthly and annual closing of books. Mariana is fluent in Spanish and often sought out for translations.

Her experience prior to joining Untracht Early included working with another leading national accounting firm’s auditing and accounting department where she focused on audits and reviews of publicly traded companies, which helped her develop strong analytical roots and problem-solving skills.
