Mark Raimo is a tax director who focuses on assisting high net worth individuals, their families, and their related entities with tax planning, tax saving, and tax compliance strategies, as well as cash flow management, charitable giving activities and gift taxes, foreign filings, and the preparation of personal financial statements.

He has a specialty in serving clients who are self-employed, operate in the private equity space, or are private partnership partners. He enjoys working collaboratively with his clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their particular tax situation and to develop an interactive relationship.

Mark was a senior tax manager at Untracht Early, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022. During his tenure at Untracht Early, Mark participated in the firm’s training program through which he offered educational guidance and professional support to other professionals within the firm.  He also had prior roles with two Big Four firms where one of his responsibilities was to train and coordinate a tax team based in India to establish processes. These processes ensured income tax returns associated with partnership returns were completed accurately and timely and that clients were appropriately communicated with.
