Paul Fritz is an audit partner with over 40 years of experience specializing in providing an array of auditing and accounting services to clients in manufacturing, distribution, real estate, retail, and professional services.

His experience extends to conducting studies of internal controls to identify weaknesses and areas of exposure. Paul works with his clients to strengthen financial reporting procedures, evaluate profitability, develop cash flow projections and analyses, and recommends procedures to streamline and increase the efficiency of internal controls.

Paul is highly skilled in evaluating inventory control procedures to control and reduce shrinkage, evaluating projections and financial forecasts, and performing due diligence to help his clients make well-informed decisions.

He reviews and prepares analyses of the operations of potential acquisitions to determine if they make business and financial sense and assists in evaluation of leasing arrangements.

Paul conducts in-house training courses for Citrin Cooperman professionals and staff on the latest auditing and accounting issues.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Paul was an audit partner at Berdon, LLP which joined the firm in 2023.
