Alan Schachter is a partner in the Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services Practice. His areas of expertise include valuation services, personal and business, economic damage analyses, forensic accounting services, intellectual property valuations, infringement analyses, white collar criminal defense, and expert witness testimony.
Alan has provided expert testimony in disputes ranging from bankruptcies to copyright infringement and white-collar criminal defense, contractual disputes, and matrimonial disputes. He works out of the firm’s New York, NY and Connecticut offices.
He has also served as a receiver for two healthcare facilities, a high yield debt fund, and a night club, and was appointed as a special consultant to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance for enforcement matters.
Formerly a managing director at Willamette Management Associates, Alan brings over 40 years of experience to his engagements.
