Alan Schachter is a partner in the Valuation & Forensic Services Practice. His areas of expertise include business valuation services, economic damage analysis, forensic services, intellectual property valuations, and infringement analysis.

Experience

Alan has provided expert testimony in disputes ranging from bankruptcies to copyright infringement and white-collar criminal defense, contractual disputes, and matrimonial disputes. He works out of the firm’s New York, NY and Norwalk, CT offices.

He has also served as a receiver for two healthcare facilities in New York State, and was appointed as a special consultant to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance for enforcement matters.

Formerly a managing director at Willamette Management Associates, Alan brings over 40 years of experience to his engagements.
