Allison Brack is a tax partner with more than 25 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services. As part of the firm’s Tax Services Practice, she advises private companies in a wide range of industries, including restaurants, real estate, staffing, and technology. She also works closely with women business owners and high net worth individuals. 

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Allison worked for a Big Four accounting firm and a regional accounting firm.

Allison has extensive and diversified expertise in an array of tax-related areas. She has a deep expertise in helping new business ventures determine the optimal choice of entity, and also works with owners selling their businesses to structure deals in the most tax efficient manner. Her guidance extends to ensuring individual clients take full advantage of the variety of tax benefits available to them.

Allison also has a dedicated focus working with middle market, closely held companies, providing a deep understanding of their businesses and maintaining strong relationships with her clients.
