Ann Phillips is a seasoned consultant in Citrin Cooperman's Rhode Island office. Ann has expertise in finance, business strategy and execution, hiring, and raising capital. She has extensive experience in numerous areas, including: advisory and coaching to CFO's and C-Suite teams, talent management, strategic planning, performance management, process improvement, special projects, development of forecasting models, KPI's, and dashboards, and evaluating revenues and expenses.

After a decade of working in public accounting and then transitioning to controllership responsibilities in private industry, Ann accepted the CFO position of an online start-up company that became the leading reseller of new and used car leads. After weathering the dot-com bust, Ann and the executive team grew the business to a valuation of $145 million within six years, at which point it was sold to a public company. She and the executive team remained in place for the following three years, where they led the company to achieving significant target goals, thereby poising the company for a successful sale again at a valuation of approximately $500 million.
