Anthony Cilibrasi is a tax partner at Citrin Cooperman. With over 18 years of experience in the area of partnership taxation, Anthony helps his clients understand the complex rules of Subchapter K, including partner allocations, and is very often involved in assisting his clients with ownership shifts, organizational structure changes, and understanding the related tax effects.
Anthony is one of the firm’s real estate practice leaders. In addition to specializing in real estate, he also services clients in the private equity, architectural and engineering, and professional service industries.
Anthony is an experienced partner who brings value to his clients through his technical expertise, providing top tier value added client service, and providing solutions to help minimize their federal and state tax burdens. He effectively utilizes strategies such as like-kind exchanges for his real estate clients, as well as the infusion of blocker corporations for his private equity clients.
