Michael Zyborowicz, a partner in Citrin Cooperman's Philadelphia office, has 14 years of accounting experience. He provides general audit and business consulting services, as well as consultation on internal control matters and financial statement preparation to clients in the staffing, franchise, and construction industries.

Experience

Mike provides staffing and executive search firm clients with industry benchmarking, profitability analysis, business planning strategies, and general business and tax advice.

He has also attained the designation of CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) from the education division of the International Franchise Association, and advises and consults with existing and emerging franchisors, developing strategic plans for the move to the next level.

Mike was named by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of Philadelphia’s Top “40 Under 40” in 2014 and was selected as a “Rising Star” finalist for SmartCEO’s CPA & ESQ Awards in 2015.

Community Involvement

Mike is a Fellow of Fred’s Footsteps, a not-for-profit organization that provides help and financial assistance to families in the Philadelphia area with a seriously ill or disabled child, a member of Back on My Feet, a not-for-profit organization that promotes the self-sufficiency of people experiencing homelessness, and a board member of the Law Clinic for the Disabled, a not-for-profit organization that provides free high-quality legal services to low-income people with physical disabilities and to the deaf and hard of hearing in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania. He was also previously a member of the Philadelphia MS Leadership Class of 2011, and remains an active member in the Philadelphia Chapter of the National MS Society.
