Renee Aloisio is a principal in Citrin Cooperman’s Rhode Island office and practice leader of the firm’s Office of the CFO Practice. Renee serves as a confidant and advisor to numerous C-suite professionals leading organizations ranging from middle-market to large public and private companies.
Renee's professional experience enables her to connect clients to resources that contribute to their business objectives and growth. Renee previously served as COO and partner of LGC+D, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016. During her time at LGC+D, she developed an expertise in company operations, including strategic planning and implementation, human capital management, marketing, branding, workflow management, new service development, design, and implementation.
In 2014, Renee launched LeveragedSolutions (now OOTC) which was named “Fastest Growing Innovative Company in Financial Services” by Providence Business News (2015) for its innovative, scalable outsourced services, designed to add value to organizations of all sizes, regardless of their business lifecycle stage.
Renee serves as a team leader and project manager for many clients. In many instances, her services include a process of “assess, advise, and implement.” Assessing the existing financial accounting department structure and talent utilization, advising clients of recommended enhancements, and implementing agreed-upon recommendations with members of the Office of the CFO team or a combination including the client’s existing staff. She also serves as meeting facilitator, advisor to the CFO, COO and CEO, and project manager, focusing on priorities and tracking engagement process.
