Ryan Ham is a tax partner with over 13 years of experience in the technology, government contracting, manufacturing and distribution, and auto industry sectors. . His focus has been on tax planning and compliance for s-corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, consolidated corporations, and individuals.

Experience

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Ryan worked at another top 20 accounting firm.  He has extensive knowledge in the government contracting industry. Ryan provides advisement on complex matters for his clients in the following areas:

  • Tax planning and compliance for clients in government contracting and technology
  • Multi-state income tax planning and compliance and local property tax issues
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Research and Development Credits, DC Qualified High-Tech Credits, as well as other state and local credits
  • IRS, state, and local controversy and procedural matters
