Samantha Kerwin is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Providence office and key player within the firm’s Technology, Risk Advisory, and Cybersecurity (TRAC) Practice. She is an experienced professional in the field of financial and operational internal control and compliance.

Experience

Samantha focuses on risk advisory consulting services for both public and private companies. Samantha is an internal control specialist, focused on helping companies evaluate the adequacy of their financial and operational internal controls. To this end, she provides compliance-related internal control services and outsourced internal audit services.

Previously, Samantha was a manager at LGC+D, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016, where she specialized in the firm’s Corporate Solutions Group. Prior to her time at LGC+D, she served as an internal auditor for a top 10 Fortune 500 company.

Samantha is recently married to her husband, Mitchell, with whom she is navigating the new and exciting world of parenthood, since the birth of their first child, Cameron. They are lucky enough to call the Ocean State their home, where they enjoy spending time as a family at their local beaches in the summer.
