            NEW YORK, NY – August 27, 2025 – Citrin Cooperman, the premier professional services provider for private, middle-market businesses and high-net-worth individuals, is pleased to announce several key leadership appointments effective September 1, 2025.

- Shawn Howard – President, Non-Attest Core Services
    
 Shawn Howard will formally assume the role of president, Non-Attest Core Services. In his new role, Shawn will provide strategic and operational leadership in partnership with Citrin Cooperman’s regional teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service, ensuring technical quality, developing staff, and driving regional growth.
 
 
- Mike Sabatini – Managing Partner, Markets & Regions
 Mike Sabatini will move into the role of managing partner, Markets & Regions, where he will oversee Citrin Cooperman’s geographic operations with an emphasis on regional P&L management.
 
 
- Robena Jafari -- Managing Partner, Tax Services
    
 Having served as Deputy Tax Practice Leader since January 2025, Robena Jafari will now lead the firmwide Tax Practice. She will be responsible for guiding strategic priorities, advancing technical excellence, and expanding capabilities across all tax service areas. Robena will also focus on fostering collaboration across practices and maintaining the firm’s standing as a trusted advisor in an increasingly complex tax landscape.
 
 
- Ken Kirkland – Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
    
 Ken Kirkland will take on the role of the firm’s first chief growth officer, leading Citrin Cooperman’s organic growth strategy, including business development, sales, marketing, and oversight of its industry verticals.
 
 
- Diana Walsh – Deputy Chief Growth Officer
    
 Joining Citrin Cooperman on September 16, 2025, Diana Walsh will serve as deputy chief growth officer, working closely with Ken Kirkland to execute the firm’s growth priorities. Her responsibilities will include refining go-to-market strategies, enhancing the client experience, and driving innovation in business development. Diana brings extensive experience in marketing, branding, and client development, most recently serving as chief client development & marketing officer at Honigman LLP.
