Citrin Cooperman Welcomes Logan Kincheloe to Washington National Tax Team

New York, NY - March 18, 2026 -- Citrin Cooperman, the premier tax, advisory, and accounting provider for private middle-market businesses and high-net-worth individuals, today announced that Logan Kincheloe has joined the firm as a partner in its Washington National Tax group.

Kincheloe brings significant experience advising clients on a broad range of international tax matters, including inbound and outbound structuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tax attribute planning, earnings repatriation, effectively connected income issues, and the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Kincheloe worked at other tax advisory firms and spent nearly four years with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel (International), where he contributed to the development of tax guidance and policy, reviewed private letter ruling requests, and worked on complex litigation matters. He also currently teaches a course at the Practicing Law Institute focused on active inbound investment into the United States.
