Experience
Mandeep Trivedi is the firm's managing partner for the Forensics, Litigation, and Valuation Services Practice. As the leader of the FLVS team, she brings more than 20 years of experience to complex business valuations and financial analysis. She works with clients in a diverse range of industry verticals, including hedge funds and other alternative investment vehicles, technology, software development and licensing, entertainment, construction, staffing, hospitality and restaurants, and medical and dental practices, as well as a broad variety of service, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution companies.
Leading the firm’s Forensics, Litigation, and Valuation Services Practice, Mandeep manages the preparation and delivery of top-quality valuations of businesses, private equity, professional practices, and income-generating assets such as derivatives, intellectual property such as music and literary catalogues, and other complex securities. In the area of valuation and economic damages measurement, she helps clients address a variety of matters, including financial reporting compliance, mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift tax planning, corporate financial planning, shareholder actions, matrimonial actions, commercial damages, and other economic damages.
Mandeep is qualified as an expert witness before the Supreme Court of the State of New York. She testified before the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund regarding the economic damages suffered as a result of a wrongful death of a New York City firefighter during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack, among other testimony.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Mandeep was a public equity analyst and financial advisor to high net worth clients.

Mandeep has published articles and been quoted in numerous publications, including Business Valuation Review, Bloomberg, and The New York Times. She is a frequent speaker at women’s events on the topics of increasing the value of a business and valuation considerations in hedge funds. At the New York Law Journal's Litigation Summit, she presented on the topic of shareholder disputes. She most recently presented at Crain's Made in New York Food and Beverage Expo on the topic of "Selling Your Restaurant Business - Get the Price You want." Mandeep also hosts webinars on these topics.

Community Involvement
Mandeep formerly sat on the board of two not-for-profits: Savvy Ladies, a non-for profit 501c3 that provides finance education for women, and Newark Boys Chorus School, a non-for profit 501c3 that provides education and music training for boy’s grades 4 to 8 in Newark, NJ.
Outside the Office
Mandeep and her husband have two daughters. During her limited free time, she enjoys yoga and meditation.
