Michael T. Crawley is a partner and the audit practice leader in Citrin Cooperman's Providence, Rhode Island office with more than 18 years of experience.
Mike provides attest services for privately-owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities. He directs all phases of the firm's engagements, including client relationship, planning, fieldwork, and financial reporting in the construction, manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, utilities, education, and restaurant and hospitality industries. Mike also provides CFO consulting services to clients.

Mike was featured in Providence Business News (PBN) as a recipient of the “40 Under Forty” awards, in recognition of his career successes and community involvement, including volunteering and leadership within the Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA) and the American Lung Association of the Northeast (ALANE). In addition, he was among the first to be named one of the “Top 10 Public Accounting Professional Rising Stars” in Rhode Island by the National Academy of Public Accounting Professionals.
Mike serves as a speaker and career shadowing counselor for accountancy students at Providence College and Bryant University.

Mike highly values his family and friends, and enjoys sports. He spends the majority of his free time planning or attending fundraisers for FARA, ALANE, and other organizations. He met his wife Marissa at a FARA fundraiser. They live in Cranston, Rhode Island with their daughter Ella.
