Patricia Cummings is the co-managing partner of Citrin Cooperman’s New York City office. She leads the firm's Capital Markets and Private Equity Practice and the Women’s Initiative, serves on the Executive Committee, and is the chair of the Audit and Attest Committee. She also oversees the firm's marketing activities and focuses on increasing the firm’s presence in the marketplace.

Experience

Pat brings a wealth of more than 25 years of experience providing audit, accounting, and advisory services to public and private multinational clients in a number of industries, including private equity, consumer and industrial products, and technology. Her client service experience includes leading complex engagements and helping clients confront challenging business issues. She has extensive experience in acquisitions, divestitures, capital-raising transactions including initial public offerings, and complex financial reporting issues. In addition, Pat has experience in the area of bankruptcy accounting and reporting.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Pat spent 17 years with Grant Thornton LLP, most recently as an assistant managing partner of its New York office, where she led audit engagements for global companies and served as the engagement quality review partner for other clients. Pat also previously worked for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and commenced her career in public accounting with a Big Four accounting firm.

Pat grew up in the New York suburbs but is now a full-time resident of New York City. She enjoys the New York City experience and is taking advantage of everything it has to offer. Pat also enjoys traveling to the many destinations on her bucket list.
